This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Tech Fort LLC ("TechFort", "we", "us") and governs your use of TechFort software, applications, services, and integrations, including any tools that connect TechFort to third-party platforms such as accounting and productivity services (collectively, the "Software").
By installing, accessing, authorizing, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
TechFort grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own business purposes, subject to this Agreement. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software not expressly granted to you.
You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and data you are authorized to access. You agree not to:
The Software may connect to third-party services at your direction and using credentials or authorizations you provide. You are responsible for your use of those services and for complying with their terms. We access third-party data only as needed to provide the features you enable, and we do not sell that data. Your authorization can be revoked at any time through the relevant third-party service or by contacting us.
Our handling of personal and business information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
You retain ownership of your data. We process it solely to operate the features you use and at your instruction.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechFort will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
This license remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate it if you breach this Agreement. On termination, you must stop using the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an update means you accept the revised terms.
